Gosainkunda Lake Trekking as the most famous pilgrimage destinations for Hindus and Buddhist situated at 4,360m. Thousands of pilgrimage visit every year August – September on special Full Moon (Janai Purnima). Glacial moraines and rockslides have left a string of some half dozen lakes known as Kunda. It has a special knot with Lord Shiva, having saved the world by drinking Kaalkut Bish, a dangerous poison, struck this mountainside with his Trishul to create the lake and cool his burning throat. Gosainkunda Lake also known as the Frozen Lake is 132km faraway from Kathmandu. This classic trekking route concludes three major areas Langtang, Gosainkund and Helambu north of Kathmandu along with Tiber border.

Gosainkunda Lake Trekking have attraction of beautiful alpine scenery with marvelous Himalayan panoramic view of the Ganesh himal, Annapurna himal, Tibetan Himalayan range, Machhapuchhre (6997m),Langtang Lirung (7246m),Dorje Lakapa (6966m), surya peak (5145m),Gaurishankar (7134m), Choba Bhamare (6109m). Trekking starts from Dhunche or Thulo Syarbu gradually ascend steeply through mossy rhododendron forest to the monastery and cheese factory of Sing Gompa at 3250m.

Day 4:Dhunche Bazaar to Sing Gompa (3250m)

Day 5:Sing Gompa to Lauribina (3720m)

Day 6:Lauribina to Gosainkunda (4380m.)

Day 7:Gosainkunda to Ghopte (3430m.)

Day 8:Ghopte to Melamchi Gaon (2530m.)

Day 9:Melamchi Gaon to Tarkeghyang (2743m.)

Day 10:Tarkeghyang to Shermathang (2590m.)

Day 11:Shermathang to Melamchi Pul Bazaar (870m.)

Day 12:Melamchi Pul Bazaar drive to Kathmandu by bus (1320m.)

Day 13:Patan heritage site sight seen and return
