Panch Pokhari Trekking starts with a drive from Kathmandu to Chautara near to Tibetan border. It has a mixture of mountain scenery with terraced fields and traditional houses of rural villages. It includes Dorche Lakpa (6966m), Madiya (6257m) and Phurbi Chhyachu (6637m) and other peaks. With the elevation of 4100 meters Panch Pokhari established itself one of new and prominent trekking destinations of Nepal.

The elevation starts from 1,400m and goes up to 4100m at Panch Pokhari. It's the Hindu and Buddhist pilgrimage site where the Janaipurnima (full mun) festival is celebrated with huge presence in August. It's a spectacular and spiritual trek. Panch Pokhari (4100m) offers superb view of Jugal Himal and Rolwaling Range. It will be best time from the mid February to end of May and from the beginning of September to until end of December for Panch Pokhari Trekking.
