One of the most popular trails in Langtang region is the Langtang Valley Trekking. All age group make their trekking on Langtang Valley its easy as well as suitable nature trail near Kathmandu. Titled as ' the valley of glaciers' Langtang valley have the all types of attractive features as Himalayan glaciers site needs. Gigantic glaciers, spectacular view with pine forest, rivers and mountain streams as well as rugged rock and snow capped peaks. Langtang valley attracts you with its beautiful alpine scenery and magnificent Himalayan panoramic view of the Ganesh himal, massif Langtang Lirung (7246m), Nayan khang (5847m), Dorje Lakapa (6966m), Yala peak(5523m) Gangchhenpo(6388m) with others. Two viewpoints during Lantang Valley Trekking known as Kyanjin Ri (4773m) and tsergo Ri (4984m) presents 360 degree square of the superb Himalayan panorama.

Day 1: Day of arrival in Nepal.

Day of arrival in Nepal. You will arrive at the Tribhuban international airport, Kathmandu. Our team will welcome you in the airport and take you to the Hotel. Your hotel is in Thamel which is a touristic area. You can walk around touristic hub Thamel or take rest.

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubeshi

Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubeshi, After your breakfast, your trekking guide will pick you up in the hotel to go to the bus stop. Your coach departs at 7o’clock. Then a bus drives to Syabrubeshi (2,380m). Enjoy the scenic view of villages, river, mountains and terraced landscape of hilly region. The drive will be around 8 hours.

Day 3: Trek Shabrubeshi to Lama Hotel

Trek Shabrubeshi to Lama Hotel, We will star our trek after breakfast at the lodge, The trail gradually go up throughout the rhododendron and oak forest along the langtang river. Lunch at Bamboo, the trail offers beehives hanging on the cliff, many species of birds, langur, deer etc. Approximately 6 hours of walk and you will reach lama hotel (2480m).

Day 4: Trek Lama Hotel to Langtang Valley

Trek Lama Hotel to Langtang Valley, We continue ascend from lama hotel as we reach to the green meadow Ghodatabela (3048m) and then we stop for lunch. From Ghodatabela starts to see breathtaking view of Langtang range.

Day 5: Trek Langtang Valley to Kyanjin Gompa

Trek Langtang Valley to Kyanjin Gompa, Now you will have pleasant walk towards the Kynging Gumpa (3817m) which will take. Three hours. Kyanging Gumpa is beautiful mountain valley which offers close up Himalayas view, hiking to Kyangin ri, Langsisa Kharka, Peak climbing, Paragliding etc. Visit to Cheese yak Factory, Kyanging monastery.

Day 6: Trek from Kyanjin to Ghoda Tabela,

Trek from Kyanjin to Ghoda Tabela,Early morning climb Tsergo Ri 2500 steps. Around 2 hrs then beautiful top of the Kyangin. We start our steps to Ghoda Tabela which will take approximately 5 hours walk. We follow the same trails which we were used to go up. We can capture the final stunning view of Himalayas view from the different prospective.

Day 7: Trek Ghoda Tabela to Shabrubeshi

Trek Ghoda Tabela to Shabrubeshi, Today is the last day of trekking in Langtang valley trek. It is easy and beautiful trek towards downhill. You might get chance to see some Monkeys and wild animals like Himalayan goat and snow leopard(very rare).The trail follows Lama Hotel, Bamboo village and passing multiple suspension bridges and finally to Sybrubesi which takes approximately 5 hours of walk.

Day 8: Drive Kathmandu by Bus

Drive Kathmandu by Bus, After breakfast catch a tourist coach to set for Kathmandu. After reaching in Kathmandu, you will be taken to your hotel. You can have rest. Or you can stroll around Thamel. You can do some last minute shopping of souvenirs for your family and relatives.

Jun 18, 2019 Simon PI had the incredible chance to meet Ajaya on my way to Nepal. This man whom I absolutely did not know welcomed me with his family in Kathmandu for an indefinite period, offered me cover and much better, his friendship. He took me to the rice fields of Kathmandu, knowing that I was passionate about agriculture. He took me to see x Temples knowing that I was interested in his culture. He took me to party and raft knowing I was young and fiery! And finally, he made me discover the magnificent trek of the Langtang Valley to finish at 5000m above sea level. All this to say, that in addition to being an excellent high mountain guide with twenty years of experience without any missteps (which is rare ..), Ajaya has an extraordinary ability to transmit love to us that he has for his country.
