  • Duration: 3 Days
  • Trip Grade: Easy

Trisuli River Rafting is the excellent way to observe diversity of whitewater wilderness. With various demography, landscapes, and cultural heritage as well as flora and fauna it’s the major river for rafting in Nepal. It’s the river which hosts 70% of all commercial rafting of Nepal. Lies in a short distance from Kathamandu this is the obvious choice for them who have limited time in Nepal as well as looking for short rafting with cheapest price.

Trishuli River has some rapids of medium difficulty class 3+ and good scenery though it's hardly wilderness the main road to Kathmandu follows it’s the entire way and campsites can be noisy. Numerous exciting rapids as Snail's nose, Teendevi, Malekhu rapid, Monkey rapid, Upset, Surprise, Monsoon, Cotton Pony, Ladies Delight, S-Bend, Highway, Monsoon and Pinball Rapid makes rafting exciting as well as challenging.

During monsoon, Trishuli River presents more challenging trip, with powerful rapids and whirlpools. In October and November its bank seems crowed with rafters. You can combine it with your Chitwan and Pokhara visit.

We spent an incredible week in Langtang Natural Park with an equally incredible guide (Ajaya). He planned all the details of the trek efficiently and always tried to make us have a good time at all times. In addition to being a guide with more than 20 years of experience, he will make you regret his company by his good humor and his humor! I highly recommend this company to all lovers of Nepal, you will not be disappointed!
