One of the best treks of Nepal is The Ghorepani-Ghandruk Trek. The trek begins with a short drive to Nayapul from Pokhara a famous city famed for its natural beauty. Nayapul is the place from where you will start your trek. From here you will trek to reach Tikhedhunga following villages like Birethanti. This is the place you stop for the night. Next day you start your trek for Ghorepani reaching a village called Ulleri. Then you move on to Banthanti and Nangethanti reaching Ghorepani. Ghorepani is a beautiful village from where you can see stunning views of the mountains. The next morning you will have to wake up at 5 o’clock to go for a hike to Poonhill. From Poonhill you can see sunrise and the magnificent views of the Machhapuchre, Gangapurna, Annapurna south, Annapurna 1st, Nilgiri, Dhampus Peak, Dhampus Pass, Tukuche Peak, Dhaulagiri and many other peaks. After enjoying there you will return to Ghorepani for breakfast and head towards Tadapani passing small villages like Deurali and Banthanti. Tadapani is a small village and it is the center for many routes of trekking. Next day you will trek to Ghandruk to stay for overnight. It is a short trek to Ghandruk from Tadapani. Here you can enjoy the views of the snowcapped peaks. Leaving the beautiful village you will hike to Nayapul and then you will take a bus to Pokhara.
